If you can’t print your dress down certificates, try the following:

1. You must have Adobe Reader installed.
   • Go to www.adobe.com.
   • Select Adobe Reader from the Downloads menu.
   • Follow the installation instructions for your operating system.
2. You must turn off your browser popup blocker.
   Internet Explorer

   • Click "Tools" from the menu bar.
   • Click "Pop-Up Blocker".
   • a. Click "Turn Off Pop-up Blocker".
   • b. Or click "Pop-up Blocker Settings" and add the website you want to allow pop-ups.
   Firefox

   • Click "Tools" from the menu bar.
   • Click "Options".
   • Click the "Content" tab.
   • a. Uncheck "Block pop-up windows".
   • b. Click the "Exceptions" button and add the website you want to allow pop-ups.
   Chrome

   • Click the Chrome menu on the toolbar.
   • Click "Settings".
   • Click "Show advanced settings".
   • In the "Privacy" section, click Content settings.
   • In the "Pop-ups" section:
   • a. Click "Allow all sites to show pop-ups".
   • b. Click "Manage exceptions" and add the website you want to allow pop-ups.
   Safari

   • Click "Safari" on the toolbar.
   • If "Block Pop-up Windows" is checked, uncheck it.
